Founded in 2017 by Lynnita Brabson, All My Retirement is dedicated to advancing senior education, housing solutions, and sustainable development. With over a decade as a HUD-approved housing counselor, Lynnita has led the implementation and growth of HECM (Reverse Mortgage) programs that continue to serve seniors with integrity and impact.

Joining her in this mission is her mother, Dorothy Cunningham, who brings deep compassion and expertise to her role as day-to-day housing counselor. Dorothy leads with heart—providing personalized guidance to every client and helping organizations implement housing counseling programs with care and compliance.
